For UK home care agencies
The rota, the visit and the record, done once.
For owners, registered managers and coordinators of home care agencies. Built for the small team first: a coordinator publishes a week on day one.
For UK home care agencies
For owners, registered managers and coordinators of home care agencies. Built for the small team first: a coordinator publishes a week on day one.
Five things, in the order a week happens
1. Monday, the desk
Set a client's weekly pattern once. The next six weeks are on the rota, filled from who is free, and published in one press. Copy, reset and auto-fill show what they will change before they change it, and can be taken back.

2. 08:00, the door
Check in, tick the checklist, record each medicine as given, refused or withheld, check out. The times are the server's, never typed in afterwards. A correction points back at what it replaced.

3. 09:15, the office
Fifteen minutes after a published visit's start with nobody checked in, the dashboard says who and where. A missed dose, a leave request and an empty place sit on the same shelf.

4. Thursday, a request
Approve a request and the open places it makes are already suggested to the people who can take them. Nothing moves until you say so, and it can be undone.

5. Inspection day
The audit trail is append-only and tamper-evident, each line sealed against the one before. Who changed what, when, and who opened each record. Export it as CSV for the inspector.

Questions a registered manager asks
The audit trail, the medication record and the doorstep timestamps are built to CQC Regulation 17, NHS DSCR capability 4 and NICE NG67. WholeVisit is not on the NHS Assured Solutions List.
Clients, care plans, care schedules and the team are set up in six guided steps, one screen at a time. There is no automatic import from another system yet.
The six steps, in the help hubThe doorstep works in the phone's browser and needs a connection to record. Offline mode is on the roadmap, not in the product.
Why this exists
WholeVisit started in a small home care agency, where the week lived in a spreadsheet, the doorstep lived in a WhatsApp group, and the inspector's questions lived in whoever's memory was best. I built the tool I wanted on the desk: the rota drawn from each client's care schedule, the visit recorded at the door, and every change kept, so nothing is written twice and nothing is lost. It does five things well, and it does them the same way every week. If you run a small agency and recognise the spreadsheet, it was built for you.

For UK home care agencies
Rota to audit trail, written once and never re-keyed. We are opening to UK home care agencies a few at a time.
What WholeVisit does not claim
WholeVisit is not on the NHS Assured Solutions List. Providers who need an assured supplier should check with their commissioners.
The Data Security and Protection Toolkit and Cyber Essentials are the provider's to complete each year. WholeVisit gives you the audit trail and access logs that answer their questions; it does not complete them for you.
Invoicing, a family portal and offline doorstep mode are on the roadmap, not in the product.
